Jacques Adnet

Jacques Adnet (1900–1984) was a celebrated French architect and a defining figure of Art Deco and early modernist design. Known for his sleek, forward-thinking approach, Adnet became a symbol of French modernism. Alongside his twin brother Jean, he founded JJ Adnet, a firm through which he produced elegant furniture pieces that balanced formality with innovation. His influence extended beyond furniture—Adnet also designed interiors for prestigious clients, including UNESCO and the President of France, leaving a lasting mark on 20th-century design.
